California Man Indicted for Unlawfully Exporting Aircraft Components to Iran

The Justice Department today unsealed an indictment charging U.S.-Iranian national Jeffrey Chance Nader with crimes related to the illicit export of U.S.-manufactured aircraft components, including components used on military aircraft, to Iran in violation of U.S. economic sanctions and other federal laws.
